- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Expand and optimize the existing automation framework to improve test coverage and maintainability.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Implement and manage testing tools, environments, and data to ensure consistent, repeatable test execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify, document, and track software defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on automation tools, best practices, and frameworks.
- Contribute to the evolution of Auto Europe’s overall QA strategy and quality engineering culture.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies that enhance test automation and efficiency.
- Analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
competências
- 3 -5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman
- Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
- Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
