Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or
equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles (e.g., Business/Data Analysis, Growth, UX
Research)
Strong analytical mindset, with proven experience in behavioral analysis, cohort tracking, funnel optimization,
and product-led growth initiatives
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Hotjar, and experimentation platforms (e.g., VWO,
Optimizely)
Hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning and
working with development teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights and advocate for
solutions persuasively
Proactive, curious and pragmatic – always focused on impact and learning fast
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus
