We’re looking for a TA Support and Operations Specialist to support our global recruiting operations and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You’ll help us keep our global hiring engine running smoothly through solid coordination, data accuracy, and great communication.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline status, time-to-fill, recruiter workload, and sourcing performance).
Ensure data quality and compliance in Workday, acting as a go-to point for system updates, offers, and troubleshooting.
Support global sourcing projects, building candidate lists and talent maps for priority roles.
Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a top candidate experience.
Handle vendor processes and POs, tracking invoices and TA budget usage.
Partner on employer branding initiatives, including social media posts, referral campaigns, and content updates.
Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or operations, preferably in a global setting.
Solid understanding of Workday Recruiting or another ATS.
Strong reporting and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with sourcing tools and recruitment marketing (LinkedIn, Canva, job boards)
Familiarity with vendor and financial processes (POs, invoices).
