Provide customer service and technical support for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers in European markets.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for diabetes medical devices and accessories.
Ensure customer product usage via multi-channel support (calls, emails, chat, SMS).
Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in accordance with guidelines.
Demonstrate active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Your role:
Fluent or native Italian speaker (required);
Good knowledge of English
Experience in a sales environment;
Ability to manage multiple digital platforms;
Excellent communication and client management skills;
What we offer:
Base salary of €1,000/month;
Variable bonus: €300
Meal allowance: €7.23 per workday;
Monday to Sunday - Days off - 2 rotating days
Schedules:
Day Shift Team:
Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts)
Night Shift Team:
Monday to Sunday - 22:00 to 07:00
