• Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent know how (high part of FCR );


• Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone;


• Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty;


• Receiving incoming customer calls;


• Customer advice on all Sunrise services and offers;


• Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales;


• Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects;


• Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing and complaints.

• excellent communication skills in German and English;

What we have for you?

• base salary;


• german language bonus of 350€;


• english language bonus of 100€/month;


• meal allowance of 9.60€ / per worked day;


• performance bonus up to 360€/month;


• flex work allowance of 60€/month;


• dislocation bonus up to €70 + accommodation


• health insurance as of the 3rd month


• duration: permanent contract with a 180 days probation period


• schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 6:15pm - rotation including 
  bank holidays (payment of 50%+compensation) - shifts of 8h/day


• Remote work + 1 day every six weeks at the office (Lisbon or Porto)
