Your Mission: 

• Assist German-speaking users with their inquiries, concerns, and issues via email, chat, or phone.


• Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure top-notch service delivery.


• Master the intricacies of our client's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions.


• Handle customer inquiries with utmost care, adhering to data protection and compliance standards.


•  Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, leaving a lasting positive impression.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent German Speaker: Native or C1 level proficiency is essential.


• Strong English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.


• Porto Resident: Ready to work on-site in our modern, central Porto office.


• Detail-Oriented & Ethical: Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.


• Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills and ability to follow guidelines.


• Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team spirit.

What We Offer You:
