Your Role:
Provide a friendly and professional reception to customers in line with quality standards and KPIs
Offer accurate information and effective solutions based on company procedures
Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, balancing customer needs and business goals
Support continuous improvement of operations by following best practices and feedback
Who We're Looking For:
Native or C2 level Italian (spoken and written)
B2 level English
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service is a plus (but not mandatory)
What We Offer:
Base Salary: €1,000/month
Performance Bonus: Up to €100/month
Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotating day off per week
Contract: 6-month renewable employment contract
Location: Lisbon (on-site)
