The Mission: As a key member of our new Lisbon founding team, you will drive the daily operations of a full-scale investment administration, ensuring the transparency and accuracy of complex global portfolios.

Core Responsibilities:

Complex Operations: Manage daily bank data, reconciliation, and entry of sophisticated assets, including Private Equity, derivatives, FX swaps, and inflation swaps.

Process Optimization: Identify efficiencies in data handling and suggest system improvements to enhance reporting (Cockpit reconciliation) and internal controls.

Strategic Oversight: Serve as a sparring partner to the Executive Board, ensuring ISAE 3402 compliance and leading the preparation for year-end reporting.

Leadership & Synergy: Support and train junior staff, participate in management meetings, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Required qualifications – Typical background

Education:

Accounting, bookkeeping or other formal financial or economic training.

Must have a degree in Economics and/or other solid practical experience.

Computer experience equivalent to the International Computer Driving Licence in
Windows, Excel and Word or other financial software.

Job experience:

Practical experience from a securities department, pension fund, audit or accounting
department or similar department.
