The Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our advertising product support. Your mission includes:

Managing and resolving technical product troubleshooting.
Providing high-level customer support related to company advertising products.
Bridging the gap between complex Ad-Tech tools and business solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Mastery: Minimum C1 level (written and spoken) in Arabic, Portuguese, French, OR Spanish, PLUS C1 level English.


• A degree in Marketing or related fields.


• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management and digital marketing.


• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company.


• Strong customer service orientation, fluent in social media product usage, and a basic understanding of digital advertising.

Schedules & Flexibility
Initial Phase: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 19:00

Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00.
At a later date: Transition to 24/7 availability (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off.
