responsabilidades chave
Recevoir toutes les réclamations soumises par les clients ayant acheté des voitures à l'international ;
Lorsque cela est possible, évaluer les réclamations reçues par les acheteurs individuels sur la base des informations internes et/ou des preuves fournies par les acheteurs ;
Suivi des réclamations ouvertes lorsqu'une information est en attente pour régler un cas (informations manquantes de la part des acheteurs / informations supplémentaires du pays vendeur nécessaires) ou lorsqu'une réclamation est prête à être clôturée mais nécessite un paiement à l'acheteur ;
Fournir une réponse à l'acheteur concernant le règlement du cas sur la base des preuves et des contrôles internes effectués lors de l'évaluation de la réclamation (la réponse doit être donnée à l'acheteur par e-mail) ;
S'assurer que toutes les actions mentionnées ci-dessus sont traitées et suivies en temps voulu pour respecter l'engagement.competências
diplôme d'études secondaires (obligatoire) ;
expérience en centre d'appels/industrie automobile (élimination) ;
français langue maternelle ;
anglais avancé (C1) ;

- un salaire de base de 1500 € ;
- une indemnité de nourriture de 7 €/ par jour travaillé ;
- une assurance maladie ;
- du lundi au vendredi, de 08:00 à 17:00 ;
