Design and develop structural projects for residential and tourism buildings.
Dimension and plan internal hydraulic systems.
Ensure acoustic comfort in buildings in compliance with current regulations.
Support technical due diligence and the assessment of plots/projects.
Work closely with architects, real estate agents, and other team members.
Ensure compliance with national and local regulations.
Interact with public authorities as needed (licensing, project submissions).
Contribute to the definition of the company’s internal technical processes.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Valid registration with the Portuguese Engineers’ Association.
Experience (academic or professional) in at least structural. Experience in other areas are welcomed.
Practical knowledge of Portuguese technical standards and applicable legislation.
Familiarity with calculation and technical drawing software.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and autonomy.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Availability to travel to Madeira (if not already based on the island).
Experience with residential or tourism projects in Portugal.
Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability.
Ability to work in a startup environment, with a hands-on and collaborative mindset.
