• provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Business Partner, managing the end-to-end vehicle acquisition and divestiture process, leveraging advanced proficiency in German, Dutch or French.


• manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;


• coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad;


• ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both German and English,


• work within an area requiring strong business management support;

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relations is mandatory.


• Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus.


• Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus.


• Fluent in German, Dutch or French (C2) and English (C1).
