buyer claim support assistant - german (m/f/x).

Your role:

managing incoming claims submitted by customers who have purchased vehicles internationally;
assessing claims submitted by individual buyers for eligibility, using internal resources and evidence provided by buyers;
monitoring open claims that require additional information to reach a resolution (such as missing details from buyers or supplementary information from the selling country);
overseeing cases scheduled for closure that involve payment to the buyer or necessitate final settlement;
furnishing comprehensive responses to buyers regarding case resolutions, based on evidence and internal evaluations performed during the claims assessment;
communication with buyers will primarily occur via email;
ensuring all aforementioned tasks are executed and monitored in a prompt manner, upholding commitments and deadlines.

Your skills:

high school diploma (mandatory);
call center experience (an advantage);
fluent level of German;
advanced English (C1);
resilience and commitment to the project;
customer focus;
customer orientation,

What do we have to offer you?

uncertain term contract directly with the client
base salary of 1600€ gross/month;
meal allowance of 7€ per working day;
schedules: monday to friday schedule, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (including bank holidays);
performance bonus paid quarterly; 
hybrid work model (first month on-site);
