Master's degree in Architecture.
Highly experienced architects as well as emerging talent with high potential (minimum 2 years) with a proven portfolio and the ability to meet Portuguese licensing requirements;
Full membership in Ordem dos Arquitectos and legal right to sign building license applications in Portugal.
Proficiency in modeling and technical drawing software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Availability to travel to Madeira (if not already based on the island).
Experience with small to medium-scale residential and tourism projects.
Aesthetic sensitivity and strategic vision for urban planning.
Initiative, proactivity, and an interest in the business world.
