Randstad Portugal has a leading position in the implementation of complex and national wide outsourcing and contact center nearshoring projects.
To support this business the company seeks an IT business partner with contact center experience and IT expertise to strengthen our systems, information and communications department.

This business partner should be able to respond to business challenges by designing innovative and cost-effective solutions for Randstad and its customers in an ever changing business that goes through several technological transformations.
This is a strategic position that will support our company’s outsourcing and nearshoring projects which represent approximately 13000 client service positions.

- link IT to the outsourcing business team
- technical governance (new sites, new clients, new operations, new campaigns)
- technical project management in the outsourcing area
- manage the relationship with the procurement area
- evaluate and reply to specifications
- act as a PMO for outsourcing projects and products
- steering with the business area
- create new technological products to support the business
- report project KPI’s to the CIO and the management team
- identify and implement review and continuous improvement actions


- working experience in outsourcing
- IT background
- analytical thinking and social relationship skills
- apply creativity to the business through the design of new products/solutions
- network and telephony technical knowledge
- Scrum knowledge
- knowledge of Agile project management tool
- experience in contact center operations management (preferred)
- expertise in OutSystems (preferred)
- academic degree in Information Systems and/or Technologies (preferred)
