Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources on the strategy/deployment/optimization services and solutions;
Takes responsibility of task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements;
Captures and contributes to new implementation techniques and methodologies utilized in customer delivery and shares lessons learned with the broader team;
Creates and reviews project deliverables;
Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues;
Leverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot products and solutions. Contributes in the development of digital intellectual capital;
Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Assures proper and quick resolution of major customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.

BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 3-6 years of relevant work experience;
Strong knowledge and expertise Cisco WI-FI portfolio, Wireless Controllers, APs, CMX, Hyperlocation, and Prime Infrastructure;
Strong RF Design background to include:  Distribution center environments, medical centers, industrial deployments;
Background in Mesh and outdoor a plus;
Technologies : LAN Switching, Layer 2 troubleshooting;
Understanding of the ISE product line as it pertains to WI-FI deployments;
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting and/or Network
solution designing of Cisco WI-FI solutions;
Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design
experience would be preferred;
Scripting knowledge on Python, Pearl would be highly preferred;
Requires BS/BE/BA Tech degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of related experience in IT industry;
Certifications Preferred CCIE ( Preferred ), CCNA-RS or CCNA-Wireless, CCNP-RS or CCNP-Wireless ( Plus ); 
Industry Neutral Certifications will also be looked at:  CWNE, CWNP;
