- As a Vendor Risk Analyst – Data Protection, you will be member of an European Vendor Risk Assessment Center team based in Lisbon. He/she will be responsible for certifying and managing Vendors regarding compliance with Data Protection regulations.
- We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Conduct Privacy Risk Assessments aimed to Group providers.
- Monitoring and implementing action plans to mitigate the inherent risk.
- Reviewing and updating existing data protection policies and procedures related to Privacy Risk Assessments within the Group.
- Reporting and collaboration with corp. 2nd Line of Defense team and local DPOs regarding risk assessment results, continuous improvement of risk methodology, etc.
competências
- EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of expertise in national and European data protection laws, in depth understanding of the GDPR
- EDUCATION
- Bachelor´s degree in Law, Business, or similar
- Desirable MBA in Data Protection and Privacy Management, information security or similar
- SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience with national and European data protection laws (In-depth knowledge of the GDPR).
- Experience with regulatory and compliance matters.
- Good risk-based judgement skills including the ability to assess compliance risks appropriately.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of undertaking compliance monitoring, developing processes and writing reports
- LANGUAGES
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Fluent in English
- Desirable Spanish
