- You'll help the customers have the best possible travel experience;
- You'll help them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism.
- You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your personality and empathy will create the difference and show the best the company has to offer;
- We count on your great ethics to work from home and ensure high quality support level for our customers.
competências
- We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the german market, working remotely from home;
- German native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time.
- Excellent customer care skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners.

What do we have to offer?
- you can work from home or from our offices located in Porto;
- a salary package of € 1232 (salary + meal allowance) * 14 months;
- rotating schedules and days off, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.
