Respond to our customers' requests within the agreed delivery time, efficiently, effectively, and accurately;
Analyze and screen several documents and CVs from candidates
Get in contact over the phone with candidates to check information and their motivation

Fluency in Dutch and English;
Passion for the human resources field;
Demonstrate a passion for customer service, experience and determination to provide a complete solution;
Responsibility, adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as the ability and strong motivation to work from home;
Commitment to a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail;
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines;
Effective time management strategy, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and balance the workload;
Proficiency in the use of the Office software package;
You will have excellent support from a dedicated team leader, but as you will be working from home it is essential that you are computer literate, very flexible with your schedule, have a high level of organizational skills and are independent and autonomous;

And the conditions?

- Base salary of 1600€/month
- Meal allowance of 7.63€/month paid in card
- Full time, from Monday to Friday
- Working hours from 8am until 5pm
- 100% homeworking
