- As part of your job, you will:
- Work Closely with the Project Manager / Scrum Master and Product Owner to define the best Technical Architecture and technologies to deliver features;
- Design applications and softwares to be delivered;
- Choose the appropriate technologies;
- Lead Front End and Back End developments and manage developers’ teams;
- Ensure quality level, and manage support and troubleshooting;
- Set up and manage testing Environment;
- Manage Tech knowledge and ecosystem of the team to keep it up to date;
- Technical debt management and refactoring;
- Release manager (sources integrity, testing & deployment);
- Talent management (Candidates, skills’growth support).
competências
- Qualifications / Skills:
- Sound understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases and storage systems;
- Design and development of softwares;
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team oriented.
- Technical requirement:
- Our platforms are developed in JavaScript and .Net environment, and are cloud-based (Azure,Scaleway). Our tech lead will preferably have knowledge in Cloud Azure, AspNet MVC, Api Web, and Js suite (Vue.Js, React.js, Docker).
- Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Graduates degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field;
- Minimum 10 years of Software development / Architecture;
- Experience in financial softwares is a plus.
- Language : English working proficiency, French is a plus
