Build the team in full alignment with the different Functional Leaders:
Be responsible for the recruitment of all agreed resources;
Be responsible of team strategy;
Develop the team with on-the-job opportunities and empowerment;

Organize the team in the most efficient way (e.g, creating focal points by areas and helping pair on the day-to-day activities);
Drive performance by improving the support & evolutions activities, starting by the deployment of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improvements actions (standard templates, etc...);
Support the Finance Transformation teams in their industrialization (Documentation, Governance, Ways of working);
Evaluate and follow teams performance trough implemented measures as OKR;
Be able to identify and propose solutions for improvement points.
Operational responsibilities:
In this role the main tasks and accountabilities you can expect may include:
Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection;
Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market;
Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching;
Developing multi-hire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to leverage wide channels, and co-ordinate global campaigns;
Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns;
Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business;
Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business;
Analysing dashboards and reports to proactively monitor and interpret internal and external conditions, using these findings to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement.
