competências
1-2 years mobility solutions experience;
1-2 years MDM experience primarily with AirWatch (Workspace ONE);
1-2 years process analysis experience related to the AirWatch platform and mobile device connectivity;
Advanced Excel experience for reporting, charts, graphs, and pivots;
Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language) or similar data extract toolsets;
PowerShell or equivalent scripting experience a plus:
Ability to follow established standard operating procedure instructions;
Knowledge of best practices and protocols related to MDM primarily in a AirWatch environment;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to effectively interact with customers/clients;
Must be able to work both independently and to collaborate with others when needed.
responsabilidades
Provide optimized MDM support services for Peak-Ryzex and the customer’s software development, solutions architecture, and regional support teams to manage and support the Unit testing, Release testing, and Production deployments of software development package releases on customer’s AirWatch platforms. Provide positive internal and external customer service that drives positive customer experiences and opportunities for company growth.
Provide support to maximize services in the Unit Testing, Release Testing, and Production environments while always looking for opportunities to improve and optimize the process;
Provide support in the management of the AirWatch MDM environment;
Respond to emails or tickets from development and regional support teams;
Provide MDM best practices, learnings, and tip & tricks as a subject matter expert / trusted advisor on the MDM platform;
Supporting customer development teams by advising on MDM based configuration changes potentially impacting application development;
Develop and provide reporting and status updates of issues, improvements, and trends. Frequency to be determined (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
