Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and upsell opportunities to increase individual and enterprise subscriptions
- Retain existing client subscriptions with a renewal rate above 80%
- Build and strengthen relationships across a diverse book of business
- Present usage data and insights to clients to enhance product value
- Identify and act on copyright protection and monetization opportunities
- Support the shift from individual to enterprise subscription models
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to define best practices
- Manage and forecast your sales pipeline with precision
- Understand clients’ business strategies and propose tailored solutions
competências
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent or native English speaker
- 1–3 years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Confident presenting digital platforms and analyzing usage data
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused
- Proven sales track record, preferably in media, tech, or B2B environments
- Strategic thinker, proactive and client-oriented
- Bonus: Knowledge of financial services or B2B publishing sectors

- Direct employment contract
- Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Base salary: €1,000 gross/month
- Meal allowance: €7.80/day via meal card
- Performance bonus: Up to €400/month
