Drive innovation within the team and company.
Lead software development teams, building their capabilities, culture, and happiness.
Improve processes, frameworks, team dynamics, and culture across the company.
Hire, develop, coach, grow, keep talented team members, and manage underperformers.
Mentor and coach team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and best practices.
Improve the quality, security, and performance of our products.
Work with Product Managers, Agile Coaches, and Architects to innovate and implement the best solutions.
Perform code reviews, lead incident management and problem management/RCA activities working with the
source code, making and committing changes. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role.
