Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational
efficiency and meet organizational objectives;
Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, transportation, inventory
management, and distribution;
Collaborate with suppliers and service providers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong
relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods;
Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and cost
optimization for the timely delivery of goods;
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and industry standards, including
customs requirements, trade regulations, and safety standards;
Analyze logistics data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and
implement solutions to enhance efficiency;
Identify potential risks in the logistics process and develop contingency plans to mitigate
disruptions;
Prepare regular reports and presentations on logistics performance and initiatives for
management review.
