- Identify and eliminate impediments and dependencies identified by the product team;
- implement Agile best practices, coaching and helping the team;
- reinforce Agile principles and values, making sure each element fulfils its role;
- in the retrospective, making sure that actions are defined, and follow up with those actions;
- support Product Owner in the refinement of User Stories;
- making sure that the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" are followed by the team;
- schedule all the Agile ceremonies;
- foster maximum collaboration within the teams and with other teams;
- protect the Agile Team from external influences;
- help the team in achieving the deliverables and performance according to the product vision.
competências
- Proven record of working with Agile Methodologies;
- Scrum Certification is a plus (PSM, CSM);
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Lean, Kanban or XP are valued.
