Your role:

You will be supporting the Expertise and Development Team Core HR and will be responsible for:

Develop, Deliver, Operate and ensure the delivery of operational Reporting for legal or conventional purpose

Support and contribute to enhancements of the product of toolset helpful to the Reporting

Ensure the delivery of a strong business added value to customers of our products and services

Act as a point of contact with the technical Reward teams 

Monitor and support overall performance and effectiveness on HR standard solution toolset

Ensure the implementation of HR standard solution

If you have:

Focus on delivery, eager to learn, attention to detail and customer focused

Continuous improvement mindset, inclined towards establishing innovative ways of working

Transparent ways of working and clear, honest communication. Versatility in technical tools is important to evaluate in a digital mode

An understanding and demonstration of Ethics and data protection 

Ability to translate technical solutions into operations,  communicate it simply and give clear operational direction

Collaboration, empathy, resilience, curiosity, fun and the will to reach collective objectives, together

Language skills: Negotiation level of French - English (B2) is a plus.

Knowledge Excel - Office

Workday HCM Core is a plus

SAP HR -is a plus

Knowledge Python is a plus
