Randstad Digital is hiring aSAP SuccessFactors Expert, for direct integration, in a big company located in Porto.
Hybrid work model (3 on-site; 2 remote / week).
-Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of SuccessFactors employee central;
Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms EC configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc;
Managing Mass Data changes (import/Export);
Leading the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between SuccessFactors and third- party systems;
Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP Successfactors Employee Central;
Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development the team.
-5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations;
Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central and Compensation;
At least one project leading the Employee Central workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service;
HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface
Direct contract, health and life insurance, meal allowance of 9€/work day, annual bonus up to 8% (company results and individual performance) + 40€ / month transportation + pension plan.
