- Your tasks might include:
- End-to-end implementation and maintenance;
- Perform process/software workshops;
- Define client configuration requirements;
- Conduct solution iterations with the client;
- Manage the testing processes;
- Perform training sessions;
- Build project documentation;
- Communicate and collaborate with team and client to increase overall quality level and solution suitability.
competências
- Your Profile:
- You have at least 1 year experience in the Success Factors platform, focusing in Employee Central implementation, customization and integration with other systems, namely SAP HCM;
- You show evidence of client-facing skills, team-spirit and you are customer-oriented;
- You work in a flexible way and you have the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment;
- You have very good English language skills, both verbal and written.
- We will be very impressed if you:
- Have experience in the other remaining modules (e.g. Performance and Goals, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation, Onboarding);
- Know and understand on-premise HCM;
- Have successfully completed full-cycle implementations of one of the above modules and you have experience in AMS (maintenance activities);
- Have at least one SAP Certifi¬cation, in the areas mentioned above.
