Randstad Professionals is the Business Line of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management. 
Our client is a company that works in the sector of industry and Technology and it's looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to work in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities:

-Metrics and reporting for all sales related activity;

-PD reporting - PD Objectives, updates, problem solving forms/reports, countermeasures, action plans;

-Share data mining and analysis and development of countermeasures;

-National Account and key regional accounts SPR mining analysis, investigation and documentation;

-Analysis of market opportunities by product line and market segments;

-Development of sales execution plans to maximize share gain;

-Bids and Tender Tracking, Proposals, and Price reporting;

-Development and execution of sales programs and promotions;

-Commission Plan development to drive financial and strategic objectives as well as reporting and adjustments as needed;

-Pricing review and approval according to delegation levels;

-Continuous improvement of reporting tools and review processes;

-Tracking of customer issue resolution and RAIL, administration of Customer Satisfaction approvals;

-CRM (Salesforce.com) administration and improvement, develop dashboards to facilitate and take and active leadership in the funnel management process;

-Distributor Business Review report-cards and output data gathering/mining/analysis.

competências

Profile:

-Degree in Accounting or Finance;

-Minimum experience of 5 years in a financial role, and experience in Sales or Marketing;

-Strong experience with commercial departments (Sales or Marketing) ideally with a Medical Device company;

-Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools, especially Salesforce.com (mandatory);

-Fluent in English (mandatory);

-The ability to gather data, perform analysis, and clearly articulate conclusions and recommended strategy;

-Processes and detail oriented;

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

-Capacity to manage priorities and make decisions.
