Our client is a technology company specializing in client-side Application Security solutions for Web and Mobile Applications, used to protect web and mobile applications in a number of sectors including Finance, Broadcasting.
The company is looking for a Sales Area Manager (m/f) to porto area, to join their high performing business development team.

competências

Skills:
- Bachelor/Master in Management, Economics, Marketing or Engineering;
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Experience in creating growth opportunities and developing new partnerships, especially in foreign markets;
- Working knowledge of CRM, compensation, reporting, analytics and IT tools;
- IT software company experience preferred but not required;
- Interest and knowledge of the IT, Software and Digital sector;
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills to manage complexities of multiple ongoing workstreams;
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing business and market requirements and prioritize concurrent, and even opposing, business needs and opportunities;
- Previous experience managing or coaching people is preferred;
- Flexibility, critical sense and lateral thinking;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building.

principais responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

- Daily review and updates of key metrics related to order intake for the entire scope of business including forecast tracking and reporting;
- Understand and monitor sales dashboards to provide insights into senior sales leadership and business development representatives;
- Analyze actual performance metrics (revenues/pipeline/expenses) and communicate results;
- Weekly review of pipeline, new leads and other relevant metrics;
- Provide training and consultation to the sales team;
- Provide analysis and reporting of key operational metrics as well as improvement recommendations to Business Leader;
- Provide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plans;
- Act as a liaison between Headquarters, Sales Operations, and territory sales force to track, measure, and report status of orders forecasted and booked;
- Act as an advocate for sales objectives and using Lean methodologies (daily management, problem solving) to make improvements;
- Collaborate with sales strategic leadership to track and develop plans to close gaps, and provide regular progress reports;
- Adopt and support standard work across territory for Sales Operations;
- Elevate aged backlog to avoid potential cancellations.
