Procurement Process & Digital department is the international, Airbus-wide Center of Competence for Procurement and Supply Chain Processes and digital applications. We support and closely collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations of all three divisions (Airbus Commercial, Defense and Space and Helicopters), so you will get insights in the whole Airbus family, benefit from Best Practice sharing across the Group and broaden your experience.
Our key activities are Project management & Run Mode (Support to suppliers deployment and end-user support)
Aim of this RfP aims at covering the Run Mode the tasks & responsibilities as per below :
Perform deployment of suppliers (new, update, deactivation) in coordination with Airbus Procurement (buyers, Supplier Officer, SupplyChain Quality Manager (SCQM);
Develop, maintain and report to KPis for suppliers follow-up (e.g backlog suppliers to be deployed, Ongoing, Activated / Deactivated suppliers, Lead time);
Perform communication & awareness to suppliers;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the deployment procedures and monitoring;
Report to Airbus focal point in Procurement (PYDOS organization)
Manage content updates for eLearning (1x year) & Training material (4x year), GoogleSite and OnDemand promotion;
Prepare communications to users (internal & external):
Edition, Coordination & validation;
Manage validation of access rights for internal users.
