responsabilidades chave
● Global company sales orders (average quarterly volume of 250 sales orders) daily detailed review/ validation and reconciliation creator.
● Provide guidance on sales orders validation and working closely with other teams (Order Provisioning, Digital, Accounting, …) to resolve any questions.
● Active participation in the project with UiPath for the development and implementation of a robot to automatically review and validate sales orders.
● Assist with other month-end close tasks as needed related to sales orders, commissions and revenue.
● Support ad-hoc analysis, other projects and the Revenue Ops Team in general as needed.
● Continue to improve and iterate on processes and controls around sales orders validation.
● Assist with internal and external audits (Annual and Quarterly reviews) by preparing any needed support.competências
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 or more years of experience in Contract Review, SaaS revenue recognition or public accounting preferable.
Ability to review and interpret sales contracts from written form to how the system must have them input.
Advanced Excel skills required and experience using Salesforce, CPQ and NetSuite is preferable.principais benefícios
