• Reporting and monitoring of training and performance management indicators/KPIs:


• Reporting, Dashboard and other activities linked to Training performance monitoring
  Analyzing the performance indicators – linked to trainin


• Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform


• Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction


• Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department


• Working closely with the HR team:
  Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production.
  Contribution and work toward process simplification.

• Master’s degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related
  areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related
  areas being a plus.


• Fluent in English (written and verbal)


• At least 3 years of experience


• Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement.
