- Coordinate technical projects for the purchase of components within TTM process in order to make ratio
- and / or improve the quality of the components
- Search suppliers to provide technical solutions for products at the design stage, adjusted to the
- requirements set by the development team
- Support the process of selection of new parts suppliers, based on the pyramid of suppliers and the
- expertise/ technical knowledge of suppliers to ensure appropriate and aligned solutions with project
- requirements
- Plan and follow up the implementation of tools at suppliers
- Support of quality activities at suppliers
- Supplier workshops and Lean Plant Assessments to suppliers
competências
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Deep technical understanding and knowledge regarding essential mechanical production processes
- Deep knowledge regarding statistics and process capability
- High cost sensitivity
- Experience in production and/or product development
