- Inserted in the Management Systems Department, the selected candidate will be part of a team with extensive experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry and will have the opportunity to develop projects in different departments.
- The Management System Department defines and implements processes to ensure that the company is operating effectively, and suggests improvements to the company's operations, integrated management systems (IMS) and processes, contributing to the quality of the assets detained and the services provided, and contributing to the achievement of the company's operational, environmental and OH&S goals.
- Support the planning, coordination and control of operations, maintenance and construction and assist with the definition of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Participate in operational processes monitoring and compliance.
- Support the development, implementation and control of business improvement processes to ensure the services are delivered with quality and on time.
- Participate in the coordination and control of the operations and all other company processes and procedures’ mapping and audit.
- Assist with the definition and implementation of a quality framework, following up on processes and performing audits to ensure the implementation of quality standards.
- Support the definition of and monitor activity key performance indicators (in terms of cost, time, assets’ technical quality) to ensure the service level standards.
- Participate in the management of transformation and operational projects transversal to the company, with the possibility to be responsible for the management of projects within a specific scope or manage an entire work-stream on projects of higher dimension
competências
- Excellent performance in a leading university. Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering and Management or Telecommunications and Computer Engineering)
- 2 years of previous experience in consultancy, project management, business process improvement or in similar functions.
- Deep working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in processes analysis tools and concepts
- Basic notions of management and business processes
- Sound data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
