As Project Manager, you will be a part of Device Manufacturing Development. You will be responsible for one or more advanced automation projects or work packages. The projects can span from being directly related to logistics and facility expansion to being related to the launch and development phase of their delivery devices. Depending on the project, you will lead project teams of highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for developing
and optimizing systems and processes.
You will be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within the company and external suppliers while also managing the right balance between both regulatory and internal requirements, and effective project execution and team management. Moreover, you will be the link between the work groups, steering groups, project owners, and process owners.
Furthermore, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. It will be a key factor in your success that you are curious and get an in-depth understanding of our organization and processes to be able to see opportunities for optimization.

Need to have:
Hold a masters degree in business, economics, engineering or similar;
2-5 years experience with project management, preferably in a regulated industry;
A broad experience using project tools and project reporting;
Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
