your role:
collaborate in a transnational environment within the A320 Family. Here, you structure and deploy the A320 Family digitalization portfolio;
consulting for different customers on digital development and improvement projects (including the understanding, challenging and translation of the customer into clear user stories). As such, you support the governance of the portfolio;
supporting Project Leaders in their accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives by setting up and tracking the maturity gates of digital developments;
continuously improving the ways of working e.g. by facilitating workshops and leading digitisation projects. You collect business needs and requirements and manage external partners for the development;
onsolidating data from Skywise, analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them in order to provide specific deliverables (e.g. KPIs, Dashboards, Performance Analysis, Business Recommendations, Reports, etc…)competências
If you have:
Diploma or Bachelor + Master degree;
negotiation level in English;
good knowledge in Airbus Analytics Platforms (e.g. Skywise including Contour, Slate and Code Repository);
programming skills in Python/Pyspark or equivalent including SQL knowledge;
first experience with HTML and CSS for application frontend development is a plus for you;
understanding of digital transformation is a plus;
your experience with PM tools like JIRA and Qlik Sense;
excellent G Suite skills and data management skills;
understanding of Performance Management, Project Management (e.g. Waterfall and Agile methodology) and planning tools (e.g. Planisware, MS Project, etc..);
structured way of working with resilience and proactiveness;
ability to simplify the business and communicate easily.principais benefícios
