responsabilidades chave
- Engage with the business and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement algorithms and flowcharts.
- Own your code from end-to-end, writing clean, reusable, and efficient code, and deploying it to production.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing code.
- Proactively recommend and execute system improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Actively participate in SCRUM events.
- Have sufficient knowledge of AWS services, Docker containers, Git/GitHub, and deployment pipelines.
- Communicate fluently in Portuguese and/or English.
competências
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant (3+ years) experience managing a product, either as a PM or as an entrepreneur.
- Experience in a fast-paced or disruptive B2C or B2B digital product with customers in multiple countries.
- Strong track record in delivering ecommerce B2C digital products with millions of monthly users and a focus on paid conversion/large ticket size.
- Analytical - proven ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations based on data and findings.
- Business Oriented - ability to make decisions by understanding the implications on the business model.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying problems and designing solutions, owning the business outcome those would have.
- Strong project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, having demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at scale.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
