responsabilidades chave
Collaborate in the definition and follow the necessary specifications for the design and development of computer applications to support the Product area;
Ensure with technical quality and rigor the control of the projects of the area of the Product in which it participates or leads, ensuring a correct definition of the computer requirements necessary for its execution;
Define and introduce improvements in processes, systems and procedures to continuously increase productivity, efficiency and quality of customer service;
Participate in the development of new products and in the modification / improvement of existing products according to the specific technical bases;
Execute User Acceptance Tests and Quality Tests to the necessary applications in order to guarantee the execution of the system changes within the defined periods;
Previous insurance experience valued.competências
Bachelors degree or Masters in Science Area (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related);
2 years of UAT/Business Analyst/Product Analyst experience;
Worked in agile environment, in particular Scrum methodology;
Knowledge of Jira tool preferred;
Ability to find creative solutions to problems;
Highly motivated to deliver consistent high performance;
Good interpersonal skills, as works closely with other individuals / teams to achieve goals;
