your role:
You will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the Direct and Indirect central procurement
functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements.
The jobholder will report to the Head of Procurement Services in the Airbus GBS
organization. He/She will be the guarantor of a compliant procurement process towards
the business.
Main responsibilities:
Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM (Materials Management system) and other Airbus Procurement tools;
Create and follow-up Purchase Orders; ensure on-time, quality, cost delivered goods and services;
Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data;
Manage and follow-up standard supplier communication on various topics such as Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control etc;
Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools;
Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed;
Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events;
Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.
If you have:
experience in administration;
tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations;
effective written and verbal communication skills;
fluent in English both written and verbal. French and/or German would be a plus.;
easily adaptable to the Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and will be used to Google suite;
delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction;
strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively;
team player;
comfortable with remote working;
always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations;
A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics of the jobholder. In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image
may have to travel up to once a month to the core countries of Airbus (France, Germany, Spain and UK)
