Randstad Professionals is the company of the Randstad Group, specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management.

Our client is an international technological group, leader in its market sector, that wants to maximize and optimize its web presence by hiring a PPC Manager (m / f) for its office in Braga, with direct contact with working colleagues working across Europe.

- Work with a team of 3 other PPC Managers to deliver best-in-class lead gen PPC to the markets worldwide;
- Manage executions and PPC strategy to ensure all KPIs are met and exceeded;
- PPC budget management and performance forecasting, with responsibility for managing a multimillion pound media spend;
- Implement and maintain optimal account structures to support campaign performance and enhance optimization control;
- Plan and manage the expansion of PPC accounts to ensure maximal profit;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams in the development of an ongoing, fail-fast, test-and-learn strategy;
- Integrate marketing automation technology and efficient processes to ensure the effective scalability of all PPC accounts as well as perfect tracking and measurability;
- Maximise synergies between PPC and SEO in particular but also across other marketing channels and disciplines as appropriate.
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting;
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI;
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards);
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud.

competências

Skills:
- You will be highly numerical and analytical with a strong proficiency in Excel;
- You should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO);
- PPC and analytics tools (AdWords, bid management software, Google Tag Manager);
- Solid, hands-on PPC campaign and budget management skills and experience (either agency or client-side) across the key search engines;
- Strong commercial sensibility, with a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis and the ability to turn analysis into action;
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work towards deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills, builds strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to understand key business problems and develop innovative PPC marketing solutions to address those problems;
- Ability to work independently, consistently producing meaningful results;
- Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
