The Customer Advocacy Manager will work efficiently and effectively with the Customer Voice team and its stakeholders (marketing, field, customer success and product management) to leverage our customers’ success to build awareness, accelerate sales, and drive adoption by communicating the business value gained by customers of OutSystems.
What You Will Lead/Do or Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategy, management and goals of the customer advocacy program, in partnership with the Director of Customer Voice
Support execution of programs that engage OutSystems advocates and increase knowledge sharing and product trust - ultimately influencing customer satisfaction/retention, and visibility of OutSystems in the market
Collaborate with customer-facing teams (Customer Success; Marketing; Sales) to identify, cultivate and recruit customer advocates
Help build and nurture a go-to pool of reference customers that meet demand/needs of field
Manage referral program
Help fulfill requests for customers to act as sales references and promotion in marketing programs
