They are looking for a professional that will be setting up and managing middleware applications in the company. Ensure normalcy, security, and expert guidance for various teams and groups, covering e-invoices, e-vault, API management, and information systems flows. This candidate will bring expertise in middleware solutions such as Tibco, Kafka, Kong, and preferably Pentaho, contributing to the success and efficiency of their middleware infrastructure.

Set up and configure middleware applications, including Tibco, Kafka, Kong, and potentially Pentaho, to facilitate communication and integration among different systems and teams.
Technical expertise, guidance, and support to teams working with middleware applications, ensuring effective utilization and best practices.
Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and stability of the middleware applications, identify and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with the expertise center for technical coordination, knowledge sharing, and alignment with the middleware strategy.
Develop and deliver training sessions on Tibco, Kafka, Kong, and other relevant middleware technologies to team members.
Updated with the latest advancements in middleware technologies and industry trends.
Assist in the design and architecture of middleware solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compatibility with already existing systems.
Participate in the development of new middleware functionalities and enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
competências
More than 5 years of professional experience in PHP Symfony and API development.
Experience in middleware technologies, specifically in ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts, Kafka, and API management.
Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in setting up and managing middleware applications, with a focus on Tibco, Kafka, and Kong. Knowledge of Pentaho is a valued.
Autonomy and leadership abilities, having ability to guide and support teams effectively.
Good communication skills to contact with stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and provide guidance to non-technical team members.
Experience in middleware architecture and the ability to contribute to the design and scalability of the middleware infrastructure.
Problem-solving, troubleshooting and solve technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in middleware technologies.
