Randstad Professionals is specialized in Recruitment and Selection of Middle & Top Management. In partnership with Hovione - a Global Company With more than 55 years of experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ( API ) and Development Intermediate Products - we intend to recruit an Marketing Analyst Specialist.

The Marketing Analyst will perform research and provide insights regarding the market, potential and existing customers to support business development activities, informed decision-making, and strategy definition.


• Assists in the development of product and market studies;
• Contributes to the definition of new product/service offerings based on marketing insights;
• Develops and manages Sales aids;
• Develops and implements Customer Surveys;
• Assists in the development and implementation of the Content Marketing Strategy;
• Develops Targeting Models to support market segmentation and business development activities;
• Contributes to the implementation of Email Marketing activities;
• Develops and implements the Lead Nurturing Strategy.

Ideally BSc in Life Sciences plus Business or Marketing related advanced degree;
Advanced knowledge of the foundation principles and good practices of digital and traditional marketing;
Advanced experience in customer and market research studies, statistical analysis and implementation of marketing strategies, acquired either in a marketing department or strategic consultancy;
Relevant knowledge of:
o Pharmaceutical Industry (preferable);
o Pharma syndicated data sources (preferable);
o Primary and secondary research methods;
Analytical, creative and problem solving approach to issues;
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel;
Experience with predictive analytics software tools such as SPSS (preferable);
Experience with CRM tools;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent communication skills written and verbal;
Organization and planning skills, with an orientation to details;
Spirit of initiative and collaboration/teamwork;
Strong customer orientation;
Preference to work in a fast paced environment.
