University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
Advanced level of Portuguese, Spanish and English
Market analytics and commercial decision support role or equivalent for a minimum of 2 years
Demonstrable customer relationship management experience
Strong project management experience, dealing with multiple levels and functions in the organization to create buy-in and alignment to deliver business impact
Persuasive but decisive change leader who can coach, drive and inspire people in an environment of uncertainty
