Randstad Shared Services Center works to provide unique professional development and is responsible for helping our clients searching for talents such as accounting, human resources, payroll, IT, legal, compliance, purchasing or security.

As a result of a solid partnership between Randstad and Solvay we are looking for candidates to integrate the HR Global Contact Center team. The main responsibilities are:
Keep Update all Purchasing Logistics DB files based on RFQ & RFM (Request for modification); and other files shared directly with Forwarders and GBUs received from Purchasing in accordance with its operational procedures.
Follow up the accuracy and homogeneity of DB for all files shared by different parties; Purchasing, Customer Service / Front office, Logistics Operations and SAP Data Management.
Implement the improvement / corrective actions in the DB raised in audits and internal controls.
Maintain the Google Forms used for receiving the information to be modified in the DB according to the evolution of the different elements negotiated by Purchasing department and the corresponding SAP codes in collaboration with Purchasing department.
Update the tariffs in the DB applying on periodic bases the market indexations provided by Purchasing department.

do you think you can handle it? If you have:

Bachelor Administration or administrative working experience in Logistic or International trade environment.
Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, Vlookup ).
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company.
Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines.
Ability to work with the Office Automation tools standard in the Solvay Group (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google).
Expertise in means of transport (FCL / LCL, FTL / LTL, Rail, Air).
Knowledge and application of the HSE Group's policy.
