The Supervisors or 1st Line Managers are the leaders responsible for developing teams of assigned Agents or Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, coaching, support, motivation and education on a day-to-day basis.


Italian native or near native speakers (C2)-mandatory;

Fluency in German (B2) mandatory;

Fluency in English (B2);

Experience managing teams (minimum of 6 months);

Contact center experience;

Experience in working to achieve and exceed clients expectations, KPIs and Service Level Agreements;

Strong team spirit and customer oriented;

Analytical and good communication skills;

Ability to handle stress.
