Master degree level in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification;
Minimum 4 years experience within a position connecting IT and Business;
Project management and methodology & Process experience (i-e: ITIL...);
Ability to work in an international context connecting multiple departments;
You act customer-service oriented with skilled communication and are a team player;

Experienced in Operational System (OS) Management and DB System Management, such
Windows Servers 2016, 2019 administration, interconnection and architecture, scripting;
Basic knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Citrix, ...) middleware (in particular Axway), server application (e.g. Apache, Tomcat...) and Oracle, SQL server, MYSQL nice to have
Operational experience with a proactive attitude and project management skills, knowledgeable in IT standards ITIL, ITSM and knowledgeable of common methodologies (e.g PRINCE2, DevOps, Agile);
A customer-service oriented mindset working in an international context;
Communication skills, attitude to work hands on and collaborate in teams;
Language skills: negotiation level English.
