Our partner is a multinational company providing outsourcing services for a variety of clients seeking to enhance the growth of the various business sectors in which they are involved. This company is looking for an IT Support Technician (m/f) to Matosinhos.

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to develop a highly accessible IT infrastructure
- Administer domain users and groups, according to their rights and level of access and manage and maintain corporate e-mail services.
- Manages and supports the local network and voice equipment facilitating its normal operation.
- Provide access to the corporate data storages with the proper security for all the groups of users with specific levels of access.
- Provides technical support to the local users in the course of their regular work and contact with the end clients, supports, technically, client visits.

competências

Requirements:
- Academic degree in Information Technologies or similar;
- Very good knowledge of OS X and Windows XP/7/8;
- Basic knowledge of MS Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server;
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Cisco network and voice systems;
- Knowledge of mail servers and mail clients (Office 365, MS Exchange);
- Knowledge about data protection and IT Security obligations;
- Excellent Troubleshooting experience for MS products;
- Knowledge of Server and Telecommunication Hardware;
- Fluency in English language;
- Strong customer and service orientation;
- Ability to work independently;
- Availability to work on shifts;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
